How to arrange the order in which NEWS, SERVICES, PORTFOLIO goes at the front?

Hey guys I was wonder if there is anyway in which I can arrange the order in which NEWS, SERVICES, PORTFOLIO etc goes at the homepage. Like maybe content first, then services, news.etc. Any help?
