how to alter the “shop now” buttons on store

Hi, All of the products that I have listed in the store have a default "shop now' text button. I cannot find any way to change that text from 'shop now' to what my client wants... http://www.sickbureau.com/buy-buy/ I have a feeling this is going to be simple, but I have looked and looked and nothing... please help!
