How to add Mailchimp subscription Pop-up form?

Hello. I built a Mailchimp Pop-up form on Mailchimp website and copied the created code. And they say good location to paste the code is different from themes. Where and how should I add the created Pop-up code to my website? Please, help me. Kind regards, Jay
