how to active Fixed Header Top Menu

Hello, I recently updated to Evolution Pro. I want to find out how to activate the Fixed Header Top Menu that was in Evolution - Free version. ---- I'm not sure if its called Fixed Header Top Menu. It the header menu that remained visible even if you scrolled down the website.
