How to activate ScapeShot Pro??

I just purchased ScapeShot Pro, and there is absolutely no instruction for activating it. Plugging my URL into the "manage sites" section does nothing. And, there is no license activation form on WordPress. For a $60 product, I was hoping this would be a little easier... And, now they're asking me to pay $40 for faster response times?? Please resolve or I will be asking for my money back. ScapeShot isn't even listed in your theme discussion forums.
