How do I upgrade?

I have enterprise pro 1.4 installed and renewed the liscence to 2.0. I followed the explanation at: https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-do-i-upgrade-to-a-new-theme-version-if-i-have-modified-my-theme/ I put my new activation code at 'liscence' in 'about theme'. But when I hit 'activate liscence' it still says 'site is inactive'. What do I need to do...?
