How do I update the photos and information of the band members?

I am using My Music Band Pro but cannot figure out how to change the photos and names of the band members. I am updating my website donaliquo-sr.com. Also how do I delete the audio file at the top of the page. Is there anywhere that has some decent documentation of this theme. I have been struggling trying to figure out how to really take advantage of this pro theme. When I try to look for theme instructions, I don't find My Music Band Pro listed as one of the options.
