How do I remove homepage content?

If I want just the fullscreen header content and for it to not link to any specific page, how do I do that? I can’t seem to get ride of the page content without a scroll and I want it deleted without a CSS hack. This is for http://topsagency.co, scroll down, see "TOPS Homepage", how can I remove that without a CSS hack?
