I would like to add the Portfolio content to my home page, but I want it in a specific location.
Right now, in order to position it where I want it, I am not using my theme’s (High Responsive Pro) option, but using Elementor.
I would prefer to use the Essential Content Portfolio but need it to be positioned where I want it on the home page.

@ionadmin : You will need to create a child theme and position the portfolio content as desired. This option is not available in customizer. Let me know if you have any more issues.

I have been working with a child theme, as I learned this the hard way after updates to the parent theme High Responsive Pro wiped out my work.
The child theme only includes style.css and functions.php, and calls all else from the parent High Responsive Pro.
