How do I get my featured images all the same size on homepage?

I have been using the Adventurous theme and have 4 columns of featured images. I have recently changed two of my images and cannot figure out how to get them all the same size. I thought I had resized them before and that worked, but I'm not able to do that this time. Any help would be appreciated. my website is www.embrace-change.ca Thank you!
