How do I "Enable On" feature on pages other than entire site and homepage?

Hello! I am looking to, for instance, enable Hero content on something other than just "Homepage/Frontpage" or "Entire Site". Essentially, I'd like to be able to create a page (let's call it.."Our Services") and then be able to go to Customize -> Theme Options -> Hero Content Options and then select "Our Services" as the only page I'd like to enable it on. It appears as if this is an option in the demo site, but I can't for the life of me figure it out on my own installation. Thank you for the help!
