How do I change color of menu icon button in Clean Business Pro. TIA

How do I go about changing the color of the menu icon button in the Clean Business Pro Theme. My site I am working on is www.grahamholdenbuilder.com Can you also please provide me with the coding to change the background color surround the icon. I can't seem to find it anywhere.
