How display the section Team randomly on Homepage

Hello, How could i display the section Team randomly on Homepage? I have 17 artists. I would like to display 4 different artists every page load. I tried to edit the demo-teams.php but the artists were displayed one after another. Please could you help me ? Thank you for advance. Regards. centrescene
