How can i implement to have no "next" button, the posts to load by themselfs

How can i implement to have no "next" button, the posts to load by themselfs, like infinite scroll plugin wich doesnt work for me at all i dont know why... Something with AJAX, so after 10 posts when i scroll down, another 10 to appear.
