How can I create Page with Blog Template that only shows post from one category?

Hi! I have BlogMag Pro Theme, and I have been trying to create my pages using Blog Template, but have been unable to make each page to only show blogs from one category, just like in the live demo example, you show in the menu a Page for Lifestyle and Travel, and each page looks like the Blog Page template, but only showing those specific categories, not all the posts. How can I do this? I haven't  found a tutorial on this. Wordpress has one, but with this theme I don't have all of the choices in the Appearance section in the Dashboard. Much appreciated the help.
