How can I change page template for individual page?

Most themes that I've used in the past have a drop down menu for the different page templates on the + New Page (right side menu). I can only seem to adjust the page template in the theme customization menu, which sets the page template globally. What am I doing wrong with Catch Responsive Pro (I'm using the child theme for it that I downloaded from your site.)? I want to be able to select a different page template for the First Steps section of the site. http://welcome.smls.org Thank you.
