Hover & Breadcrumb colors, a bug, etc

I noticed that I cannot change the color for the breadcrumb links or the hover color for the sidebar menus. I've gone through every color option & no longer see any green but yet those two areas are still the default green. Also, both the free & pro versions of the theme have a conflict with the Jetpack extra widgets option. If that option is enabled, the "featured content" and "featured slider" options do not appear when those features are enabled. Lastly, is there a way to remove the lines from between the links on the sidebar menu or a way to change just the background color of the sidebar (not the menu titles, the color behind the links)?
