Homepge 'Oops! That Page Cannot be found'

Hi Everyone, I have recently installed the 'Studio' theme and on my 'Homepage' a 'Oops! That Page Cannot be found' keeps appearing at the top of the page. The page itself s displaying fine (i.e. recent posts appear, side bar and header image appear) however at the top of the section it has this message. Initially i thought it was because of the permalink, however, i have changed it around and it still displays this message. I noticed this theme does not have a home.php file and the index.php file appears like it need to be edited? My page is currently in 'Maintenance Mode' so you will not be able to view it - i can deactivate the maintenance pligin if this would make it easier to see. PLEASE HELP ME!! Any advice would be greatly appreciate :)
