Homepage Slider all image captions showing

I am currently designing our website on this theme and have an issue on the homepage slider where the slider is showing all the image titles in one long row over the image. I can't find a way to stop this from happening, could anyone point me in the right direction? The issue can be seen here: http://www.casstechnologies.co.uk/WPTest/
