Homepage headline white space

Hello, I'm sorry. I've really tried to find this answer. I simply cannot get rid of some white space rows on the top and bottom of my Homepage Headline. (right under the photo/slider). http://wildcatsummerstorage.com/ I put in this code from a post I found and it didn't change anything: #homepage-message { margin-top: 1px ;} Any other code that might help?
