Homepage Headline Button & Featured Post text

Hello, Firstly, thank you for an excellent theme. I have two questions: 1) I'd like the Homepage Headline Button to open in the same page/tab and not open a new browser tab 2) I'd like to remove the text "Featured Post" on the home page posts Are these possible? Thanks in advance
