Homepage/Frontpage Settings – Home Page shares settings with Blog page

Hello, When I go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options => Homepage/Frontpage Settings and choose:

• display Static page:
  • my Static page displays text (which is OK) however my Blog posts page displays "Nothing found" (which is not OK, I'd like to display blog posts there)
• display latest posts:
  <li style="list-style-type: none;">
  • result is opposite so my Static page displays "Nothing found" however my Blog posts page displays blog posts correctly

How to separate these two pages so that I can select to display status text on my Home page and blog posts on my Blog page? My website: http://www.automationagency.pl Thanks!
