Homepage / fronpage image has disappeared

Hi, I am trying to find why the image on the homepage is not shown anymore. Now it disappears when I choose to enable on 'Homepage / Frontpage'. The only way I get to make it appear again is to select Enable on 'Entire site' The Url of the site is: https://bodamarianaycarlos.com/ Kind regards
