Homepage Featured Content text links

I am new to this so this may be a dumb question: on the sample Catch Kathmandu theme page (https://wordpress.org/themes/catch-kathmandu/) the titles below the images of the Featured Content are links. In my test Homepage my Featured Content titles are not showing as links (though the Featured Content images are) and I can't see any option anywhere in the customization to enable this.
