Homepage featured content scroll to high

Good afternoon, After updating to version 2.12 the scroll function on the homepage and featured content is not okay any more. The footer content is also scrolling up. Updating to 2.13 does not solve the problem. Please check on https://libellengids.nl/ Thanks for sharing the solution. Best regards, Bertus
