Homepage Alignment

Hi site is: http://nwf-wordpress:8080/ How do I align my featured content so it is central and the text is central underneath the image? Also see I have random text underneath the featured content 'ts' - I can't seem to remove this. I also want to add a contact form to the right sidebar on every page apart from the homepage. How do I do this? Contact form is ([contact-form-7 id="124" title="Contact form 1"]) Thanks
