Home page title missing when shared on social

Hello, My site, coachcarriebrooks.com is facing an issue when shared on social media. The site title is missing and reads (no title). I have added a site title and tagline to my site identity in wordpress.com. How can I fix the (no title) and have it appear as something else? Thanks.
