Home Page Slider Other Pages Featured Image

I am working on http://69.195.124.74/~nebiblef/ I am trying to copy a feature that I have on my other website. http://www.gracefallsac.org/ That website uses the Catch Responsive theme. I have it setup so that the slider works on the homepage and on all of the other pages the slider is replaced with the featured image. I have compared all of the settings and the customizer for both websites and I can't figure out how I made it work on http://www.gracefallsac.org/ Maybe its a feature that is built into the CSS? Maybe there is a setting that I am missing?
