Home Page Question

My home page is the featured slider and featured content, I used the word Home" in my menu with a custom link. My blog page is "Market News". I don't want blog posts on the home page. But because I don't have an actual page as my home page, what do I select under the drop down menu under static page in Reading Settings? www.therealestatepair.com
