Home page featured area

On the demo there is a Tours section, Videos and About. I presume these are widgets and would go in the Featured Widget content (as listed in point 17 of the features of the pro version of the theme). However, I don't see a Featured widget Content area in appearance > widgets. What am I missing? I have the latest version of WordPress and only just purchased the Pro theme so I presume this is the most up-to-date version of the theme.
