Home page design moves down in the screen

Hi. It is a new problem in last versión of Rock Star Theme 1.0. Home page is different in Chrome, Opera and Edge. It is good in Firefox in frontend but it is not good in backend too. Design has moved a few down and no appears titles in featured content and post in home page. Slider has moved down too.
