Home page automatically scrolls up from footer

Hi, When I scroll down tot the bottom of my homepage (static page), the page automatically scrolls up a bit above the footer. When I use sticky menu it does not but I don't want sticky menu on this website. It happens on the homepage only, the other pages are OK.
