home page

Hello, I want a new theme and the advise is to buy Threadwears pro. However, before I do so I want to try first the free theme to see if it is good to me. Forst of all I want to make a homepage with another header picture. After making that page and in settings making it the home page, the sample page with the catch themes picture occurs when I start the website. I tried to make it while I look at the catch theme YouTube movie about use, but I failed. What is it that I'm doing wrong? Kind regards Hans Hagmeijer
