Hide the page title

How do I hide page titles and write my own title in the page editor. I don't want two titles, what I want in the menu isn't what I want the title to be. Here is a screenshot of my problem: http://i1154.photobucket.com/albums/p532/rodents/01title.jpg Green text is the title I want, I want to keep the menu name the same but hide the title above it.
