Hide/Remove pages under the header media page (front page)

Hi All, I have recently started using Clean Fotografie Theme and it does everything I want and need it to do. However one thing is bothering me and I can't seem to fix it myself. When I open the site, I mainly see the header media image, a headermedia title and along the bottom the line with the sitename and the main menu (and search icon). I love that! It is enough for me. I do not need a static page below that. The visitor can directly use the menu to move to any other part of the site so there is no need for an extra page below. How I can remove that page? I am quite sure there is a way, I just haven't found it yet. Thanks in advance for your time, Anne
