Hide Featured Content (Clean Theme)

Hi there, I'm trying to hide the featured posts on my homepage https://www.amyspencer.co. I've played around with the static/recent posts option; I've disabled "Featured Posts" on the ECT thing, but it's still there. I do have Jetpack installed. On my Appearance==>Customize page, the page looks like how I want it - just the Portfolio and Services stuff, but when I publish it, the Featured Content stuff still comes up. Thanks! Amy
