Hero Content Option

I purchased the theme over Wordpress directly with the Pro Upgrade. Now I'm searching for the Hero Content Option unter Customize - Theme Options but there is none. And also all the other options with Breadcrumbing and everything else is not there. Can you please help? And when I delete the text of the Header Media Text the header image disappears in a small space at the menu column. Is that a bug? Greets
