Hero Content layout

Hi, I like to widen the layout of the Hero Content section on the home page to full width. I have tried to do this with the layout of the post setting to full width, but this changed nothing of the width of the Hero Content ont he Home page. Many thanks in advance for a good solution Beste Regards,
