help needed | Embedding audio shortcodes doesn't work with Catch Box pro

Hi there, I am using the latest catch box pro and have a child theme of it to protect my customizations. My problem is: 1. I cannot have the audio players work through the built-in WordPress audio player shortcode and clammr player audio plugin shortcode. 2. The audio players simply don't show up. 3. A developer had a look and found out that the theme I am currently using (Catch box pro) causes this issue. 4. We have tried to switch to another theme to prove it and the audio players all show up. So this is really a theme issue. 5. He said that it's because of some quote " signs of the theme uses or something similar to that. So I need an urgent help to have my audio players work as it is really important for a project to be delivered this weekend. We may try to use it in another site by producing same scenarios to see if it's general theme related issue or my customization. Here is an example.
