Help. Need to change drop down menu

Hi my blog is sanaonlife.blogspot.com If you see on the right side bar i have a drop down menu for categories. I'd like to change the font, font colour and background colour of the drop down menu. How do i do this using CSS? If you could help me change the colour of the subscribe by email box as well that would be great!
