Help format header

Currently our header has a lot of white space. https://nagonline.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/header-bad.png I'd like it spaced more like so: https://nagonline.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/header-good.png Can you help with some custom css for the header that would help us make the header spaced better?
