Headlines H1 and H2

Dear support! :) I have some problems with H1 and H2 tags. Can you help me so that I can change the following: 1. Remove the H1 tag from the text in the header (sitewide). 2. Replace the H2 tag with a H1 tag for all main headings for both pages and posts. This is my website: http://drog-information.se/ 3. If the above is not possible is these handled in the premium version of Lucida? 4. Or do you have another free theme that has H1 tag on all post and pages and not a H1 in the header. I also would like to avoid the dubble H1 trouble as well. Hope you understand what I mean. I would really appreciate your help on this. Best regards, Peter :)
