Header Video Media not displaying in phones

Hello: I am able to define an mp4 video as header background, and it works on computers. When I preview the site on cell phones, the header defaults to either the background image of the guitar man (if selected) or it doesn't display anything if I define no backgound jpg image. The point is that the mp4 video, as header, does not work on phones, regardless of OS type. Is this a limitation of the free version of Audioman? Domain: http://amnesica.com
