Header video becoming gray in version mobile web 2, please help <3

Hello @skandha ! I'm trying to do something and really can't do since few days. i'm having the SAME problem of this guy: (https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/header-video-becoming-gray-space-on-mobile/) BUT, it's a video instead of an image. I can't see the video header in mobile device. Already tried videos of Yotube, mp4, webm, and got nothing, only it shows in desktop web. Please, can u help me <3 Sorry my not so good enlgish.
