    Hello,
    somewhere in this code that I used to customize the header I made a mistake / misunderstood something, because now the header makes the title of a category in the header invisible when you hover over the subcategories.

    the code:
    .nav-primary {
    background-color: #ff9900;
    }
    .nav-primary a {color:white !important}

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li:hover a, .catchresponsive-nav-menu li.focus a {
    background-color: #fff;
    color: #000;
    }
    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li a:hover, .catchresponsive-nav-menu li a:focus, .sidebar-header-right .widget_nav_menu li a:hover, .sidebar-header-right .widget_nav_menu li a:focus {
    background-color: #fff;
    color: #000;
    text-decoration: none;
    }
    .catchresponsive-nav-menu a{color:white !important}

    .current-menu-item a,
    .current-menu-ancestor a
    {
    color:black!important
    }

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu .sub-menu a {color:black !important}

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li a:hover {color:#ff8800 !important}

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li a:focus {color:orange !important}

    .sub-menu a:hover {
    background-color:white !important;}

    Here ist the website I mean:
    http://www.hamburgerjung.hamburg

    Example: Please click on Start in the header. Then with your mouse, hover over “Projekte der AFK” and then hover down on “checkliste – …”. You will see, that the title in the header “Projekte der AFK” suddenly becomes invisble.

    I don’t want that. I think it’s some mistake in my css code. I am not good at css.

    Can somebody help please?

    @davidattenborough: Hello there,
    Remove the code background-color: #fff; from

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li:hover a, .catchresponsive-nav-menu li.focus a {
        background-color: #fff;
        color: #000;
    }
    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li a:hover, .catchresponsive-nav-menu li a:focus, .sidebar-header-right .widget_nav_menu li a:hover, .sidebar-header-right .widget_nav_menu li a:focus {
        background-color: #fff;
        color: #000;
        text-decoration: none;
    }

    Let me know if this solves the issue.
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    Hallo Skandha,

    I changed it like you said:

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu li:hover a, .catchresponsive-nav-menu li.focus a {
    color: #000;
    }

    But nothing has changed…

    @davidattenborough: Hello there,
    When you hover over Über die AFK hover background color is #fff and hover text color is #ff8800 but when you hover over the sub menu items of Über die AFK the text color changes back to #fff. So now both background color and text color of Über die AFK is #fff so the text is not visible.

    You will need to change either the text color or background hover color of the menu items to solve the issue.

    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and change the color of the below CSS Code.

    .catchresponsive-nav-menu a {
        color: white !important;
    }

    Let me know if this works out!
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    @davidattenborough: Hello there, I hope I was able to resolve your issue. If it’s not too much trouble, I have a quick request: could you please leave an honest review?

    Your review will help others know what to expect when they’re looking for the support I offer. Even a sentence or two would be hugely
    appreciated. Thanks, and if there’s anything else at all that I can do to help, don’t hesitate to let me know. Have a good day! 🙂

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha
