Header Text Color

For some reason I'm really struggling with this header (after 4 months of not even visiting my blog I feel it's time to finally finish it). Unfortunately I feel like I am overlooking a simple #header thing that I thought I had fixed, but apparently didn't. That and the link color.. Tried searching through the forum to find a thread but was unsuccessful (again, probably overlooked it by accident). I finally changed the header background, just the SUPER SIMPLE thing is getting the best of me. http://panelsandposes.com/
