Header, spaces and Events

Hi, I have some questions. 1. I got the pro version. Very happy about it but I want to add the nice tour date page (event) that is in your demo. How do I do that from scratch? 2. When using header the title is in the middle of the picture. When I remove it it is also removed from the menu. I can add it back on the menu but then the page has no name. How is the best way to do this? Thank you!
