Header Right Sidebar and slider

Hello, I would like to place the slidebar to the header or to header right sidebar. But the sidebar is stretching the Easing Slider. Is there a way how to add the slier next to the logo above secondary menu? If you tell me buy the Pro version it works I do. But I do not know if Pro version can do this. Thanks. Radek
