Header Right Sidebar

I have been trying to change the hover colour of the custom menu which is currently set as background-color: #21759b;color: #fff; I would like to change the background color to #D4AF37 and colour to #000000 I have searched all previous posts and tried the suggested custom css but non has worked Thanks in advance http://www.wedding-creations.com
