Header on sub-pages is taller?

Hello! I'm working on getting Catch Mustang to work with my wordpress installation, and i noticed that on all pages other than the home page, the divider line between the header and the page content seems to be lower than on the home page. On the home page, the divider sits directly behind the main menu, but on other pages, there's a gap and the divider is below the menu. Is there a way i can fix this in CSS?
